Unlocking investment to transform Truro

A Connected River City

TRURO

Truro Public Engagement Now Live

We welcome all members of the local community to share their views on the proposals for the Truro Harbour and Lemon Quay and Green Transport projects, developed by Cornwall Council as part of the wider Truro Town Deal programme.
The strategic aim for these projects is to create a Connected River City, connecting residents with alternative and green ways to travel to the city for work and leisure activities. The projects seek to revitalise and unlock investment potential in the city through indoor and outdoor leisure opportunities and enhanced spaces to connect to the environment.
The Harbour and Lemon Quay and Green Transport projects will connect our city to the river and the proposed lifting bridge linking Boscawen and Newham, via upgraded pedestrian and cycle connections across the city centre and Newham. It aims to create a local active travel network with better connected, healthier and more sustainable communities.

Further information about each of these projects can be viewed via the link below. The survey has now closed.
