A revamped Minerals exhibition space with a digital learning lab, improved interpretation and a move towards a carbon neutral museum.

This project will support Royal Cornwall Museum to provide a revamped Minerals exhibition space with a digital learning lab that will deliver cultural and economic impacts for Truro and Cornwall.

RCM has a goal to become carbon neutral by 2030. Building renovations under this project will help towards this.

Royal Cornwall Museum Director Jonathan Morton said: “Our aim is for RCM to be an important and integral part of the Cornwall cultural heritage offer, contributing to Truro being an exciting place to live, work and visit.

“This capital project will provide spaces to improve visitor experience, access, community engagement, sustainability and commercial enterprise.”
